Hope Gurion founded Fearless Product LLC to serve as a coach to product leaders and product teams seeking growth through customer-centric, evidence-based strategies.  

Hope has extensive experience as a Chief Product Officer and Senior Vice President of Product, working within diverse leadership teams across the B2B, B2C, and marketplace sectors around the globe. She has successfully trained and coached over 100 product leaders and more than 500 product teams across over 100 companies. Her transformative coaching approach was recently featured in Marty Cagan's book "Transformed." Additionally, Hope moderates the Senior Product Leader Council at Collaborative Gain and hosts the "Fearless Product Leadership podcast" podcast, which provides insights and wisdom from seasoned product leaders to help newcomers overcome common challenges. Her passion is evident in her work, coaching leaders and teams to excel in outcome-driven product environments, a fact supported by numerous testimonials from product leaders she has mentored.

She has an MBA from Duke University and a BA from Pennsylvania State University.  She is based near Park City, UT and works with clients globally.
